- ➤ The University of Michigan Board of Regents will review the tentative academic calendar at a meeting on March 20 at University Hall — if approved, fall classes will begin on August 25 with key dates set for winter, spring, and summer terms. MLive
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Arbor One Apartments in Ypsilanti was condemned on March 18 after tenants reported long-term unsafe conditions, including mold, leaky plumbing and roaches (forcing many residents to vacate their units). One resident moved his 70-year-old mother to a different unit two days ago and said tenants have taken legal action against the owner (citing ongoing issues from sewage problems to a lack of central air).
