About this event
Chef Keegan Rodgers of The Lakehouse Bakery joins the South Rockwood Branch of the Monroe County Library System for a Saturday morning all about cookies. We get into what makes a cookie behave the way it does, and how to get the same good result every time when you are baking a lot of them at once.
A nice one to take before the holiday baking starts.
