RTUC's annual community service project to ring bells and collect donations for the Salvation Army is scheduled for Saturday, December 5th, 2026, at the west entrance of Kroger, 36430 Ford Rd, Westland 48185. All RTUC families who are able are asked to sign up for a one hour slot, or more. We need a few individuals or a family with several members for each hour. For this event we dress warmly in our winter RTUC uniform, if possible, of white pants and red jacket (& helmet if riding). If you have a Santa hat lying around be sure to add that to your festive outfit. Bring along any paraphernalia you might use to entertain the crowd and entice donations; unicycles, juggling props, hula hoops, spinning plates, musical instruments, yo yos, musical stomp keyboard, DDR, etc. Show off ANY awesomeness without endangering the public. Beginner's Class fliers will be available to pass out to the really intrigued passers-by.
