About this event
This class is not recommended for first-time students!!!! The original 26+2 but with minimal instructions, plus music. This class is not recommended for beginners (3 classes or less experience). The instructor does the class with you, and you receive little to no instruction other than to start and stop the asanas. If you are not familiar with our Hot Yoga classes, this may not be the best class for you. Please attend at least a few classes with instruction (not indicated as a Music class) before you register for this class.
