Pilates Playground

About this event

Our Pilates Playground class offers variety to your pilates practice and will incorporate mixed equipment from class to class. Whether it’s a Reformer Flow, Restorative Foam Rolling and Flow, ReformFIT strength training, Barrels and Mat, TRX Suspension, or the Springboard, your body will be challenged in different ways. This is a great option for clients that want a variety and aren’t able to attend all the different class types each week! After your Pilates class, take a refreshing plunge in our cold tubs and get warmed up in our dry saunas! Omnevo offers a full training experience! This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
