- ➤ A new bill House Bill 4848 would require Michigan students in grades six to 12 to be taught about sextortion and the state's penalties for online threats—school boards will hold yearly meetings to send free materials from the FBI and other agencies to help parents and teachers learn about these risks. The law aims to curb a rising threat reported by the FBI and improve awareness of online safety. FOX 2
