➤ Ada Valley Meat Company recalled 1,065 pounds of fully cooked ground beef packaged on May 28 and May 30—metal contamination was detected after a consumer complaint. The recalled product was sold in Michigan, California, Delaware, Illinois, and Pennsylvania—there have been no reports of injury. FOX 2
