- ➤ The Ypsilanti Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hybrid meeting on June 2nd, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall — virtual attendance is available via Zoom and written comments can be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on June 1. City of Ypsilanti
- ➤ The Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office and the City of Ypsilanti obtained a court order from Judge Carol Kuhnke requiring Arbor One landlords to make urgent repairs, stop rent collection until the apartments receive a Certificate of Compliance, and offer relocation assistance with refunds of rent from September 17 if tenants choose to leave — the case remains open as the City and Prosecutor continue to address alleged health and safety violations at the 19-building complex.
