- ➤ Pearl Mist — a 210-passenger vessel — readies to launch its 12th Great Lakes season when it enters Michigan on Friday, with an 11-night itinerary starting in Detroit Monday and stopping in Sault Ste. - ➤ Almost 400 leaders gathered at Eastern Michigan University’s Student Center in Ypsilanti on Tuesday, May 19, at Ann Arbor SPARK’s annual meeting to honor five individuals and organizations for boosting the regional economy.
