- ➤ Residents in Washtenaw County can donate unused clothing, furniture, and other items at five centers including Kiwanis Thrift Sale, Ann Arbor Habitat ReStore, House N2 Home, Ypsilanti Thrift Shop, and Ann Arbor SCRAP. Each center sets its own drop-off hours and rules so donors should check for specific guidelines before visiting. MLive

- ➤ Haab's Barrel House reopened in downtown Ypsilanti in February after renovating the former Haab's Restaurant while keeping its historic interior and classic recipes. The new restaurant now offers updated dishes like smoked meats and lamb chops, nightly karaoke, and is open daily for lunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. MLive
