- ➤ A fire struck Historic Blum Barn in Bridgewater Township near Manchester early Jan. 9, leaving only its brick foundation. The owners will begin debris removal next month + expect to reopen the wedding venue around February 2027. MLive

- ➤ The Washtenaw County Office of Community and Economic Development will host its fourth annual Entrepreneurship Summit on March 13 at Washtenaw Community College’s Morris Lawrence Building from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering free access to networking, resource fairs, breakout sessions and meals for local business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.
