AI-Powered Software Delivery, Done Right

About this event

Everyone's adopting AI tools, but few are seeing real transformation, because tools alone don't change how work gets done. This talk introduces Forge, a structured approach that weaves AI into every stage of building software, from planning through launch, so gains are visible, trustworthy, and repeatable rather than a one-off speed boost. Expect real numbers: faster planning, faster development, more frequent releases, all tracked and proven along the way. A practical look at what it takes to make AI adoption actually pay off, for technical and business audiences alike.

Speaker's Profile: Enterprise AI Leader at Autodesk with 25+ years of experience helping global organizations transform employee experience and software delivery through AI Search, RAG, GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-powered engineering practices.
