Begin your Advent season with friends and family, as we gather for a program filled with meaningful meditations, music, activities, food and fellowship. This event, open to the community, is geared toward women high school age and up. We will be diving into how light is such an important theme throughout the Bible, especially at Christmas time. From the very beginning of Scripture, God uses light to show His presence, His power, and His goodness. At Christmas, we celebrate Jesus—the Light of the World—who came into the darkness to bring hope, peace, and salvation. As we explore Scripture, we’ll discover how God’s promise of light points us all the way to Jesus and reminds us that even in the darkest moments, God’s light is always shining.
