Yin/Restorative is a floor based mat class that consists of 30 minutes of yin yoga perfect for deep stretching, followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga which focuses on restoring the nervous system. Poses are held for 10 minutes each and props are used to release all holding and tension in the body.
